The welding structure of the positioner can be divided into arm type, seat type, seat type and L type double rotary 4.

Cantilever type welding positioner if driven by hydraulic pressure, the maximum bearing capacity can be increased to about 10T.
(2) seat type welding positioner. The seat type transformer is the most common structural form of the variable position machine. It is mainly composed of rotary table, tilting mechanism, motor drive system and machine seat. The welding parts are placed on the worktable and pressed by the matching fixture to ensure that the welding parts are not loosened when the rotary table is inclined. The rotary worktable can be driven by DC or AC motor. The speed control system can be stepless speed regulation in a wide range to meet the needs of various welding processes. The turning or tilting of rotary worktable is driven or driven directly by hydraulic motors by sector gear. The maximum inclination angle is generally in the range of 110 degrees -135 degrees, and it tilts at a constant speed. The welding parts can be locked at any angle.
This kind of welding positioner has compact structure, good stability, high bearing capacity (up to 400t), convenient movement and flexible operation.
In order to further expand the working range and applicability of the seat type welding machine, it can be designed as a lifting type. The lifting mechanism can use the motor drive column guide and the clamping roller, and the structure form of the wire rod guide rail can be adopted.
In order to improve the stability and safety of the welding positioner, the lifting and tilting mechanism of the seat welding positioner can be hydraulically driven, and its structure is more compact.
The drawback of the seat type welding positioner is that the length of the welding parts is limited. When the center of gravity distance can not exceed the specified range, when the welding positioner is required to weld the larger welding parts, the most simple solution is the combined use of driven roller frame.
