Technological measures for controlling welding deformation
(1) appropriate welding sequence should be used to control deformation according to the following requirements:
1) for butt joint, T joint and cross joint groove welding, when the workpiece placement condition is allowed or easy to turn over, it is advisable to use double-sided groove symmetrical sequential welding. For symmetrical section members, the symmetrical welding sequence is symmetrical to the components and the shaft.
2) to weld the double side asymmetrical slope, the order of welding on the side of the deep groove, the side of the shallow groove and the end weld of the deep groove should be welded.
3) it is appropriate to use the segmented retreating method or the multi man symmetry welding method for the long weld.
4) the jump welding method should be adopted to avoid the local heating of the workpiece.
(2) under the condition of node form, weld layout and welding sequence, the welding method with relatively high energy density such as melted pole gas shielded arc welding or flux cored wire self shielded arc welding should be adopted and small heat input should be adopted.
(3) the reverse deformation method should be used to control the angular deformation.
(4) it can be fixed and fixed at the same time to the general component, and the rigid fixing method should be used to increase the rigidity of the structure welding for the large and thick plate members.
(5) for large structure, it is suitable to adopt the construction method of assembling and welding by partial assembly, correcting the deformation after deformation and then welding or connecting the assembly.
